Why isnt spore working

I'm pretty sure it's the same as the issue TriangleMyst is having. For starters, when loading mods via the ModAPI Installer, and launching with the Launcher, any mods installed in such a way aren't run in the game. Second, when trying to install Dark Injections, a very particular error occurs.
